Silver Rain, London Town

Traveling through Europe - not much time to blog these days. Too exhausted to feel much really - funny how one gets sucked into the wondrous delights of a new and/or different world. One starts noticing the small differences, in style, attitudes, looks, demeanor and self-consciousness unique to a city or culture. And this when we're still in the western world.

One thing that does not seem to change though, is the Starbucks at every corner. Please, god. Why?

The other interesting observation is the obsession with critically eyeing the US although the subtle envy eventually creeps up in a conversation. They loathe the fact that they still would give up a lot to be here. More on this - American Obsession - and other personal experiences in my 'other' blog...

A wild play is showing in London - 'The Madness of George Dubya'. No prizes for guessing the degree of audience participation...

Later, mate...
